Account & order service Required
To create and run your account we process your name, email address, password and, if you add them, your phone number and delivery address. This lets you order from local shops, track orders, manage your profile and receive support. Without this consent we cannot create your account.
Order updates on WhatsApp / SMS Optional
Using your phone number we only send you order updates, delivery confirmations, product availability alerts and support messages on WhatsApp or SMS. We do not read or access your WhatsApp chats or messages. You can withdraw this consent anytime from your settings.
Personalized experience & offers Optional
We use your browsing activity — products you view, like or search, and your purchase history — to recommend relevant products, remember your preferences and show you personalized offers. You can switch this off anytime in settings; it does not stop the core service.
